Vehicle Description
There was a time when the Chrysler 300C seemed to be everywhere. Twenty years later, finding a truly exceptional original example is becoming a completely different story. This beautiful 2006 Chrysler 300C Heritage Edition has had one owner from new, has traveled just 62,266 original miles, and spent its life in Georgia. Finished in stunning Inferno Red Crystal Pearl, this is an exceptionally well-preserved example of Chrysler's HEMI-powered flagship from one of the most memorable periods in the company's history. Under the hood is Chrysler's legendary 5.7-liter HEMI V8, backed by a 5-speed automatic transmission. The Heritage Edition adds another level of distinction, including its beautiful leather interior with special 300C Heritage medallions embroidered into the seatbacks, along with unique trim and appearance details. This car is also equipped with a power sunroof, heated leather seating, dual-zone automatic climate control, premium audio, chrome wheels and all the luxury equipment that made the 300C such an impressive automobile when new. Condition is where this car really separates itself. The Inferno Red Crystal Pearl paint is original and still has outstanding depth and shine, while the chrome, trim and glass have been remarkably well preserved. There are some minor stone chips and normal signs of age, as you would expect from a 20-year-old automobile with 62,000 miles, but nothing has been cosmetically restored to make this car appear to be something it isn't. This is simply an exceptionally well-kept original car. The light-colored leather interior tells much the same story. The seats, carpeting, dash, console, controls and trim show remarkably little wear for their age, and the engine compartment remains clean, stock and largely untouched. And then there's the underside. Take the time to look through our undercarriage photographs. Having spent its life in Georgia, the floors, suspension components, structure and hardware remain exceptionally clean and rust-free, retaining the honest factory finishes you want to see on an original automobile. Nothing underneath has been freshly painted or covered up to make it photograph better. Its history is equally impressive. The CARFAX confirms one-owner ownership, no accidents or damage reported and 20 service-history records. The car also retains both keys and remotes, owner's manuals, maintenance literature, original paperwork and even its factory car cover still stored in the trunk. The first-generation 300C has become an unmistakable piece of Chrysler history—the return of rear-wheel drive, bold American styling and, most importantly, the return of the HEMI V8 to a full-size Chrysler sedan. Most were simply used as everyday automobiles and disappeared along the way. This one didn't. One owner. 62,266 original miles. Original paint. Georgia owned. Accident-free. Heritage Edition. 5.7L HEMI. And one beautifully preserved example of a car that is getting increasingly difficult to find this way. For more info contact Kevin at Mashburn Motors.
