Vehicle Description
Every once in a while, we find a car that makes you stop and ask a pretty simple question: What could you replace it with today? This stunning 2014 Chrysler 300C has traveled just 3,034 original miles, has had one owner from new, and came to us from a private collection. Finished in beautiful Jazz Blue Pearl Coat over Dark Frost Beige/Light Frost Beige perforated leather, it is powered by the optional 5.7-liter HEMI V8 and, even more unusually, is equipped with all-wheel drive—giving you 363 horsepower, 394 lb-ft of torque and four-season capability in one remarkably preserved luxury sedan. Chrysler offered the 5.7-liter HEMI with AWD in the 2014 300C, pairing it with the 5-speed AutoStick automatic and an active transfer case that could transition between rear- and all-wheel drive. This wasn't an inexpensive 300 when it was new. Its original window sticker shows an MSRP of $47,965, including the 5.7-liter HEMI V8, SafetyTec Package, Beats Audio Group, Light Group, dual-pane panoramic sunroof and engine block heater. The SafetyTec Package added adaptive cruise control, forward-collision warning, blind-spot and cross-path detection, ParkSense front and rear parking assist, rain-sensing wipers and power-folding mirrors. The Light Group added adaptive bi-xenon HID headlights, automatic high beams and automatic headlamp leveling, while the Beats system delivered 10 premium speakers, a subwoofer and 552-watt amplifier. Chrysler's own 2014 literature confirms the HEMI's 363 horsepower and 394 lb-ft of torque. And that's on top of everything that came with a 300C: heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, heated wood-and-leather steering wheel, navigation, rear backup camera, dual-zone automatic climate control, driver memory, power rear sunshade, 19-inch polished aluminum wheels and more. The condition is exactly what you would hope to find with only 3,034 miles. The Jazz Blue paint is beautiful, the light-colored leather interior shows virtually no wear, the engine compartment remains exceptionally clean and original, and underneath the car is remarkably well preserved with the factory finishes still plainly visible. This isn't a higher-mileage 300 that has been restored to look like a 3,000-mile car—it is a 3,000-mile car. It also comes with the kind of documentation we love finding: the original window sticker, factory/build paperwork, owner's books, both keys and remotes, and even the original dealer key tags. The original tires remain on the car due to its exceptionally low mileage and preserved condition. For a buyer who intends to drive the car regularly, a new set of tires can be installed at the buyer's request. The Chrysler 300C has always offered an unusual combination of American V8 power, luxury and presence. Finding one with a HEMI is getting harder. Finding one with HEMI power, all-wheel drive, one-owner history, a beautiful color combination and barely 3,000 original miles is another matter entirely. And maybe that's the best way to look at this car: for under $30,000 in today's market, what new luxury sedan are you buying with 363-horsepower V8 power, all-wheel drive, this level of equipment—and essentially 3,000 miles? One owner. 3,034 original miles. HEMI V8. All-wheel drive. $47,965 original MSRP. An extraordinary survivor from an era of Chrysler that isn't coming back.
