This is an authentic factory Q-Code Mustang, originally equipped with Ford's legendary 351 Cleveland 4V engine, C6 automatic transmission, air conditioning, power steering, power windows, center console, instrumentation group, Competition Suspension, AM/FM stereo radio, tinted glass, and many other desirable factory options. According to the accompanying Marti Report, this is an exceptionally well-equipped Mustang with an impressive factory pedigree. Approximately 25 years ago, this Mustang underwent an extensive, no-expense-spared restoration that has stood the test of time. Today, the replacement odometer shows just over 7,500 miles driven since the restoration was completed, while the original odometer, which is included with the car, shows approximately 85,000 original miles. The body remains exceptionally straight, the black paint still has a deep mirror-like finish, the chrome and stainless trim present beautifully, and the black bucket seat interior looks outstanding. Everywhere you look, it is evident this Mustang has been cherished since the restoration was completed. Power comes from a correct Q-Code 351 Cleveland 4V engine that was professionally rebuilt during the restoration. For complete transparency, this is the correct Q-Code engine, but it is not the original factory-installed block. The original engine suffered internal damage years ago and was replaced with another correct Q-Code 351 Cleveland. The original block is still available to the next owner through separate arrangements should they wish to retain it with the car. One of the best upgrades is the addition of a Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection system, giving this classic Mustang the reliability, smooth idle, quick starting, and drivability of a modern vehicle while preserving the performance and character of the legendary Cleveland engine. The car starts easily, runs exceptionally strong, and drives exactly as you would hope a properly restored Mustang should.
