Another vehicle from the private 16-car collection we recently acquired, this beautiful 2014 Ford Mustang GT Premium has traveled just 15,499 original miles and combines one of the best configurations of the final-year S197 Mustang: the 5.0-liter Coyote V8, 6-speed manual transmission and GT Premium equipment. Finished in classic Black over a beautiful light stone leather interior, this Mustang has the kind of appearance that immediately tells you it has lived a very different life from the typical performance car. The black paint has excellent shine, the body is straight, and the factory 19-inch wheels complete a clean, completely understated appearance. There are no wild modifications or cosmetic changes trying to make this car something it isn't—it simply presents as an extraordinarily well-preserved, low-mile Mustang GT. Under the hood is Ford's legendary 5.0-liter DOHC Coyote V8 producing 420 horsepower, paired with the enthusiast's choice of a 6-speed manual transmission. The engine compartment remains exceptionally clean and stock in appearance, another important distinction considering how many 5.0 Mustangs were modified almost immediately after leaving the showroom. Inside, the GT Premium interior is equally impressive. The light leather seating remains beautiful, including an exceptionally well-preserved driver's seat with minimal wear. The steering wheel, aluminum shift knob, console, carpeting, dash and switchgear all reflect the car's remarkably low mileage. This is an interior that simply hasn't seen the use normally associated with a 12-year-old Mustang. The underside tells the same story. Factory finishes, identification tags and markings remain visible throughout, while the floor pans, fuel tank, suspension and structural areas are remarkably clean and original. There is only normal minor aging to some untreated components, and nothing underneath has been cosmetically painted or disguised to create an artificial appearance. This Mustang has had just two owners from new and carries a clean, accident-free Carfax history. Its second owner purchased the car in 2014 with approximately 15,200 miles and kept it as part of his private collection for the following 12 years, adding only a few hundred additional miles. The 2014 model year marked the end of the S197 Mustang generation, making this the final version of the retro-inspired Mustang that helped redefine the car beginning in 2005.
