Vehicle Description
Here is an absolutely exceptional example of one of GM’s best heavy-duty trucks! This beautiful 2004 GMC Sierra 2500HD SLT Crew Cab 4x4 has just 31,217 original miles and is powered by the highly desirable 8.1-liter Vortec big-block V8. We purchased this truck out of North Carolina, where it spent its entire life, and its condition is simply remarkable. Finished in Summit White over Neutral leather, this truck honestly has the appearance of something only a few years old rather than more than two decades old. The body and Summit White paint are beautiful, the chrome is excellent, and the factory polished aluminum wheels are exceptionally clean. More importantly, take a look underneath! The frame, chassis, suspension components, body mounts, floors and hardware are remarkably clean and rust-free, exactly what you hope to find when searching for one of these trucks. It has never been subjected to years of northern winters and road salt, and the photographs underneath tell the story. Under the hood is GM's legendary 8.1L Vortec V8, backed by the heavy-duty automatic transmission and four-wheel drive. It is equipped with a 3.73 rear axle ratio and locking rear differential, giving this truck the drivetrain combination that has made the 8.1-liter GMT800 trucks increasingly difficult to find—especially with mileage and condition like this. Being an SLT, this Sierra was very well equipped from new with Neutral leather seating, heated power front seats, driver memory, automatic climate control, Bose premium audio, steering-wheel audio controls, power windows and locks, keyless entry, cruise control, fog lamps, OnStar, alloy wheels, trailering equipment and much more. It also has a hard tonneau cover, running boards and newer Michelin tires. The interior is every bit as impressive as the exterior. The leather, carpeting, dash, controls, rear seating area and trim have been exceptionally preserved. There is some light age-related wear on the outer edge of the driver's seat, but beyond that, the interior is outstanding. Even the carpeting and hardware hidden beneath the rear seat show just how gently this truck has been used and cared for. It is also accompanied by the things we love finding with a special low-mile vehicle: the original window sticker, owner's manuals, factory literature, both sets of keys and remotes and additional documentation. The original window sticker shows an MSRP of approximately $43,600 when new. Finding a clean GMT800 HD isn't impossible. Finding a rust-free North Carolina 2500HD SLT Crew Cab 4x4 with the 8.1L Vortec, only 31,000 original miles, excellent documentation and this level of preservation is an entirely different story. If you have been searching for an exceptionally preserved, low-mile example of GM's classic heavy-duty truck, this is the one you wait for. 31,217 original miles. 8.1L Vortec. Crew Cab. 4x4. SLT. Rust-free North Carolina history. Please contact Kevin at Mashburn Motors for additional information.
